Analytics and Revenue Visibility

See what your marketing actually produces, not what you assume it does

Most small business websites have no analytics installed at all, or a stray tracking snippet from years ago that nobody has looked at since. Either way, the business has no real answer to "is the website working?" or the harder question behind it: "is any of this marketing turning into jobs?"

We set up the handful of tools that actually matter, Google Analytics 4, Search Console, and conversion tracking for calls, form submissions, and quote requests, and configure them correctly the first time. Then we connect that activity to what you actually care about: which inquiries came from where, and which of them became paying work.

The result is that decisions stop being guesses. You can see whether the new service page is producing calls, whether the ad spend is producing inquiries or just clicks, and where next month's budget and attention should actually go. And we explain what the numbers mean in plain English, instead of handing over a dashboard and leaving you to interpret it alone.

This is the right fix if

  • You spend money on marketing but can't say which of it produces actual inquiries.
  • Your website has either no analytics or a setup nobody has opened in a year.
  • Phone calls and form fills happen, but they aren't counted anywhere.
  • Decisions about ads, pages, and budget get made on gut feel because there's nothing else to go on.
  • Someone sends you a traffic report each month and you have no idea what to do with it.

How the engagement runs

  1. 01

    Audit what exists

We review your current tracking, or confirm there isn't any, and identify what's measurable today versus what's missing.

  2. 02

    Configure and connect

Analytics, Search Console, and conversion tracking set up properly, then linked to how inquiries and jobs are recorded in your business.

  3. 03

    Report and refine

Monthly plain-English reads on what the numbers mean, with tracking adjusted as your services and marketing change.

What’s Included

Google Analytics 4 and Search Console setup

Both configured correctly from day one, so the data you collect is trustworthy and you can see what people search to find you.

Call and form conversion tracking

Phone clicks, form submissions, and quote requests tracked as real, countable conversions instead of anonymous traffic.

Marketing-to-revenue connection

A simple way to tie inquiries back to their source and forward to actual jobs, so you can see what each channel really produces.

Plain-English monthly meaning

A short summary of what the data shows and what we'd do about it, not a dashboard you're left to decode.

Common Questions

I don't understand analytics at all. Is that a problem?

No, that's the point of this service. We set it up, watch it, and explain what matters in plain language. You don't need to learn the tools yourself.

Will this tell me exactly how many customers I got from my website?

It gets you close: calls, form submissions, and quote requests tracked as conversions, and connected to jobs where your records allow it. It can't capture someone who saw your site and then walked in without clicking anything, but it replaces guessing with real signal.

Do I need a new website for this to work?

No. Analytics and tracking can usually be added to an existing site regardless of who built it.

Will this improve my marketing by itself?

No. Measurement doesn't fix anything on its own. What it does is show you where the problems and opportunities actually are, so the fixes you invest in, whether with us or anyone else, are aimed at the right thing.
