The website became the starting point.

Citrus & Sage Wellness

Citrus & Sage already had a real business and a loyal clientele. The opportunity was to make the digital experience better represent the business — then improve the paths between attention, trust and action after launch.

Citrus & Sage Wellness is a paid Novenworks client. No lead, revenue, ranking or review-performance result is claimed.

The gap

What a customer had to work through.

The customer
A first-time guest deciding whether a treatment they've never had is worth trying, and whether this is the place to try it.
The trust problem
A first-time guest had little on the site to explain the treatments or make booking feel safe.

Citrus & Sage had a loyal clientele. The old site didn't explain what each treatment was, booking paths were inconsistent, and nobody could say which marketing produced real interest.

What we did about it

  • Rebuilt the website around what a first-time guest needs to understand before booking: what each treatment is, what it costs to start, and who runs the place.
  • Added a concrete entry offer — the Signature Day Pass — with its own landing page, a short lead form, confirmation emails and instant staff alerts.
  • Set up analytics, Meta Pixel and event tracking properly, cleaned out duplicate tags, and kept test traffic out of the numbers.
  • Built a QR-based review-request flow into the visit, so satisfied guests could easily leave a Google review.
  • Ran Meta campaigns against dedicated offer pages with secure checkout, and kept improving pages as services changed.

The engagement

Build the foundation, then stay long enough to keep making it better.

The website was phase one. This is the shape of what Growth Ops looks like over time — one real problem at a time.

Phase 01Website

Rebuild the foundation

Make the online experience match the quality of the real studio.

  • A rebuilt website with navigation people can follow
  • Dedicated pages that explain what each treatment actually is
  • A mobile experience designed for how people really browse
  • Booking paths that hand off cleanly to their scheduling platform
  • Page structure and sitemap built to be found on Google
  • Speed and accessibility improvements
Phase 02Conversion

Turn interest into booked guests

Make it easier for an interested visitor to become an actual lead and guest.

  • A dedicated landing page for the $99 Signature Day Pass
  • A short form that captures the lead before handing off to checkout
  • An automatic confirmation email to the customer
  • Instant alerts and a daily summary so staff never miss an inquiry
  • A sticky call, text, and book bar on mobile
  • An internal dashboard where staff can work through leads
Phase 03Measurement

Know what customers actually do

Replace guesswork with a clear view of which marketing produces real interest.

  • Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and session recording set up properly
  • Defined events for the actions that matter — booking clicks, inquiries
  • Duplicate and misleading tracking cleaned up
  • Campaign tagging, so traffic can be traced back to what sent it
  • Test and preview traffic kept out of the real numbers
  • Privacy controls, including honoring browser do-not-track signals
Phase 04Reviews

Move real satisfaction onto Google

Make existing customer satisfaction visible where new customers actually look.

  • Mapped where satisfied customers were already leaving feedback, and where new customers look
  • Built a review-request system into the visit experience
  • A QR-based flow that makes leaving a Google review easy
  • Guidance on when to ask, so the request lands at the right moment
  • Ongoing monitoring of the Google Business Profile
Phase 05Offers

Shape services into offers people choose

Help turn services and memberships into offers customers can actually understand and choose.

  • Day Pass positioning, presented against its regular combined value
  • Membership tiers presented clearly on the current site
  • Pricing presentation reviewed for clarity rather than volume
  • The membership offer restructured into clearer tiers — an approved direction developed with the studio
  • The membership customer journey and a customer-facing prototype built around that direction
  • Benefit and operational details still being confirmed before the new structure goes live
Phase 06Campaigns

Run acquisition against a real offer

Bring in new customers with ads pointed at a page built to convert.

  • Meta campaigns built around a specific, concrete offer
  • A dedicated landing page for the $79 Red Light Body-Contouring Experience
  • Secure online checkout so the offer can be purchased directly
  • Campaign-specific creative and copy, iterated on real results
  • Attribution tagging that ties spend back to inquiries
  • Careful, factual claims — the page states plainly what the treatment is not
Phase 07Ongoing

Keep improving

The site and the marketing keep changing as the business learns what it needs.

  • Service pages expanded and rewritten as offerings changed
  • Real customer reviews placed on the service pages they actually describe
  • Continued local search and Google Business Profile work
  • Performance, mobile, and accessibility refinements
  • Bug fixes, conversion tweaks, and factual-claim cleanup
